Interior renovation of a 2,000 sq ft retail space on Queen Street West in Toronto. The existing space was gutted and rebuilt to suit a new boutique tenant, including new storefront glazing, custom millwork, feature lighting, and a redesigned back-of-house area.
The project required coordination with the landlord, the tenant’s design team, and the City of Toronto for permits. We managed all aspects of the build and delivered a polished retail environment on a tight timeline.
